How to Access Services at the Academic Advancement Center

AAC is funded to serve 275 eligible students per year. Print out and complete the application below. Slots are limited, so come in early in the semester!

Eligibility

AAC/SSS students are undergraduate students who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents, have an academic need, are commited to working toward their own success, and whose background includes one or more of the following:

  • First-generation college student (neither parent has a bachelor's degree)
  • Low income (contact the office for low-income definition)
  • A documented learning or physical disability
  • A physical copy of the tax information qualifying the student for low-income assistance

Documentation of eligibility is required. See the application for further instructions.

Applications are available at the Academic Advancement Center, 117 Gibbons Building, or you may download the form. Please fill out, save, and print the form out. You may fill in the form using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
